1. General provisions

1.1. CJSC TW (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) makes the observance of the rights and freedoms of citizens one of the most important conditions for carrying out its activities.

1.2. The Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the legal relationship on personal data processing between CJSC TW UNP 193480072, address: 231750, Republic of Belarus, Grodno region, Grodno district, Putrishkovsky village Council, 10 (in the area of Auls station) (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and the User (an individual, who has reached the age of 18 and wants to order services/leave a review, etc.).

 

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy:

2.1. A website is a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at a network address https://twest.by/;

2.2. User – any visitor to the website https://twest.by/;

2.3. Personal data – any information related to the User of the Website https://twest.by/

2.5. Depersonalization of personal data – actions that result in the inability to determine whether personal data belongs to a specific User or person.;

2.6. Dissemination of personal data – actions resulting in the disclosure of personal data to an unspecified group of persons;

2.7. Provision of personal data – any actions that result in the disclosure of personal data to a certain circle of people;

2.8. Destruction of personal data – any actions that result in the irrevocable destruction of personal data on a computer or any other media.

 

3. The Operator may process the following personal data:

3.1. The User’s email address

3.2. The User’s phone number

3.3. Last name, first name, patronymic of the User

3.4. Also on site is the collection and processing of anonymous data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics (Yandex Metric and Google Analytics and others). Cookies are text files that are stored on a user’s computer (mobile device) when they visit a website. The purpose of processing cookies is to ensure the convenience of website users and improve the quality of its functioning. The Operator does not transfer cookies to third parties and does not use them to identify personal data subjects. The processing and storage of these cookies is carried out only during the user’s session on the website. Users can accept or reject all cookies processed on the site when they first visit the site. 4. 4.1 Anonymized User data collected through Internet statistics services is used to collect information about User actions on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.

 

5. The User agrees to the Policy by entering his email address in a special field on the Company’s website with an offer to send an application, and then clicking the “Send”, “Receive”, “Order”, etc. Having performed these actions, the user sends his own e-mail address to the Company, for the purpose of subsequent communication.

5.2. Personal data is processed on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated November 10, 2008 No. 455-3 “On Information, Informatization and Information Protection”, taking into account the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union dated April 27, 2016, the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 10, 2007 No. 225-3 “About advertising” and local regulatory documents.

5.3. If the User wishes to clarify personal data, or wishes to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data, he must write an email to the Company’s email address: info@twest.by with the subject “Clarify personal data” or “Stop processing personal data”. The email address and the corresponding request should be indicated in the letter. The User can also revoke consent to data processing through a specialized form on the website.

 

6. The Company undertakes not to transfer the information received from the User to third parties. It is not considered a violation of the Company’s provision of information to advertisers and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Company to fulfill obligations to the User solely within the framework of the agreement. It is not considered a violation of this clause to transfer User data to third parties in an impersonal form for the purpose of evaluating and analyzing the Company’s system and providing personal recommendations. The User can also revoke consent to data processing through a specialized form on the website.

6.1. The transfer of information in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus is not considered a violation of obligations.

6.2. The Company has the right to use the “cookies” technology. “Cookies” do not contain confidential information and are not passed on to third parties. A cookie is a small piece of information that is transmitted to the browser on the user’s computer or mobile device. We use two types of cookies on the website: “session cookies” and “permanent cookies”. Session cookies are temporary files that remain on your device until you leave the site.

6.4. When processing personal data, the Company takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.

 

7. Final provisions

7.1. The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest related to the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via e-mail info@twest.by, or by sending a letter to the address: 231750, Republic of Belarus, Grodno region, Grodno district, Putrishkovsky village Council, 10 (near Auls station). This document will reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. In case of significant changes, information can be sent to the User’s specified email address.
